Getting our Care and Culture back out into the Community

Even though the future feels a bit tentative and uncertainty reigns we've been doing our best here at LIHH to spread the love and positivity to bring members of our community out and about as safely as possible to enjoy some great cultural moments.

We've stepped it up Mary with our International Day of Older People event which saw youngsters from St Nicholas's RC Primary School share their time with our older community members. And what a joy it was. Thank you to all those teachers, pupils, staff and volunteers for looking after everyone so well.

Here's a snippet:

Our luncheon clubs are attracting great crowds again as we still follow public health guidelines and maintain social distancing as much as possible. Everyone is just enjoying being back together as you'll see from the pictures.

And there's always great music provided by Leeds Irish Arts Foundation

Keep your eyes and ears out for our future events which we'll let you know about in the coming weeks.

Stay safe and well from all the team at LIHH
