Our Walking Group celebrate National Fitness Day UK 27th September 2017

We can all agree that when we have exercised we feel fantastic and there is no better feeling than exercising in the fresh air.

Studies have shown that gentle, low-impact exercise like walking has many health benefits and not to forget that it’s easy, free and available to everyone – here’s why we think walking rocks.
