Lunch Club Helper

Volunteers are required in the kitchen to help prepare and serve lunch under the guidance of our Cook, Christine.  This involves all aspects of kitchen work from food preparation, serving food, setting and clearing tables, to washing up.

There are always opportunities for Volunteers to befriend those people who come to the Clubs on their own, or to help with running the raffle, calling the bingo, or maybe even sing a song or recite a poem at our many poetry and music sessions.

Expertly run by Emma Sanderson (Monday club) and Caroline Murphy (Friday club) these are lively fun events.

Days and Times:
Monday Lunch Club: 10am – 3pm
Friday ‘Over 55’s’ Lunch Club: 10am – 3pm

Venue:
Montague Burton Resource Centre, Banstead Street West (just off Roundhay Road), LS8 5RU.
