Leeds Irish Health and Homes (LIHH) recognises that Service users have a right to complain if they feel the service has not been provided to an expected standard or if they have been treated unfairly or disrespectfully. We also acknowledge that service users need access to an effective and easy to understand complaints procedure.

Equally there will be occasions where Service users wish to express their thanks and gratitude for the support provided by a member of staff or volunteer or service provided. It is important that LIHH are able to recognise staff and volunteers who provide an exceptional service or have made a real difference to people’s lives.

LIHH values any feedback on our staff, volunteers and services both positive and negative and will use this information to improve the organisations performance to provide the best possible services.
