Community Support Worker – 21 hours per week (VACANCY CLOSED)

We now have a very exciting opportunity and are recruiting for a Community Support Worker. Working full time and reporting directly to a Team Leader the ideal candidate will support and maximise the independence of people experiencing or vulnerable to homelessness, mental or physical health difficulties, substance misuse and/or isolation.

Leeds Irish Health and Homes is a charitable organisation offering a variety of services and support, not only to members of the Irish community but also to the wider community as a whole. We have a unique and exciting opportunity for a Community Support Worker within our Irish Community Support Team.
