Community Support Worker – 21 hours per week

Leeds Irish Health and Homes is a charitable organisation offering a variety of services and support, not only to members of the Irish community but also to the wider community as a whole.

Our primary purpose is to enable people to live as independent a life as possible within our ethos of Care, Culture and Community.

We now have a very exciting opportunity and are recruiting for a Community Support Worker (21 hours per week) for a 12 month initial term.

Reporting directly to a Team Leader the ideal candidate will support and maximise the independence of people experiencing or vulnerable to homelessness, mental or physical health difficulties, substance misuse and/or isolation.
