We are delighted to announce our first fundraising Dinner Dance for Dementia which will take place on Saturday 6th October 2018 at Leeds Irish Centre, York Road, Leeds, LS9 6NT
His Excellency Adrian O’Neill, Ambassador of Ireland is making his first visit to Leeds to support the event as guest of honour. The event is being supported by many members of the Irish business community here who have helped us with resources and sponsorship.
We are hoping to offer a wonderful night and for attendees to learn about the work we do with a particular spot light on our Dementia Home Support Services.
Ant Hanlon Chief Executive said ‘we’ve been supporting the Irish community here in Leeds for over 22 years and we’ve witnessed an increase in memory loss and its impact on families and friends. Families often find themselves at a loss when a diagnosis is first made, or it becomes apparent that their loved one is experiencing memory loss. We want to ensure that people get the right kind of help when it is needed and we can be that guiding light. The fundraiser presents and opportunity for us to showcase the work we do and difference our service makes to people’s lives’
In return we promise a fantastic night with live Irish music, 4 course dinner and excellent raffle prizes.
Tables of 10 are available at a cost of £350 or you single tickets at a cost of £35 each. Simply email us firstname.lastname@example.org with your required numbers or call us on 0113 2625614.
